Day 1

Dunham and its economuseum: everything about wine

L’Orpailleur – Vine and wine economuseum

The first stop is at the Vignoble de l’Orpailleur vineyard. You’ll learn all about grape varieties and cultivation as well as wine making. You’ll want to savour the wine tastings and check out the bistro’s delicious menu.

UNION LIBRE cidre & vin

Here they make fire cider! Wait, what? That’s right. Fire cider is produced by evaporation, similar to the process used to make maple syrup. It gives the cider a nice golden-amber colour and a taste that warms you from the inside.

Day 2

Multisensory day on land and in the air

Vignoble de la Bauge vineyard

This unique vineyard offers some original activities: horseback riding through the vineyard, a guided wagon tour in the fields or a multisensory tour. It’s sure to get all your senses tingling!

Au Diable Vert – mountain lodge

This afternoon, explore the forest canopy for 1 km on a “flying bike” (vélo-volant) at Diable Vert. You’ll soar over spectacular ravines, waterfalls and landscapes. There are many activities and accommodations, including sleeping in the trees!

Day 3

Sutton’s delicacies

A stroll through the town of Sutton

A stop in town will let you discover the delicious bagels of Round Top Bagels, boutiques and art galleries. And go for a well-earned drink before dinner to savour one of the microbrewery beers. Sutton is pleasing to the eye and the taste buds!

Vignoble Domaine Bresee vineyard

The view of Sutton’s mountains is fabulous from the Vignoble Domaine Bresee, which is both a vineyard and producer of pasture-raised Charolais beef. The local products here are delicious. An ideal spot for a picnic and relaxing by the ponds.

Day 4

Foie gras and ice wine: simply delicious

Canards du Lac-Brome, gourmet boutique

This farm, which has been raising Peking ducks since 1912, sells a range of exclusive products. Tastings are offered on weekends and at the interpretation centre you’ll learn more about raising ducks.

Day 5

A day of relaxation in Bromont

BALNEA spa + thermal reserve

After tasting the delights of the vineyards, you’ll complete this circuit relaxing at the delightful BALNEA spa. Surrounded by nature and with a private lake, this spot is enchanting. Body treatment or a massage? Either way, it’s time to let go!
