Downhill skiing and snowboarding
Québec offers skiers and snowboarders a good long winter season to pursue their passion. Some ski centres located in world-renowned resort towns offer deluxe accommodations right at the foot of the slopes, which are busy day and night since more than 30 of them offer night skiing. Certain peaks in southern Québec also boast astounding views of the St. Lawrence River.
And let’s not forget about après-ski, where gourmet fare and good times know no bounds! The ski centres also host a variety of events throughout the season: bazars, torch-lit descents, all-nighters, competitions and après-ski shows… There’s no limit to the fun!
Introductory packages for skiing and snowboarding
Québec’s ski centres offer introductory packages for downhill skiing and snowboarding for adults and children. The Discover Skiing and Discover Snowboarding packages include great discounts on the price of a lift ticket, ski lesson and equipment rental.
Québec’s three highest vertical drops are: Mont Sainte-Anne – 625 m (Québec City region); Tremblant – 645 m (Laurentides) and Le Massif de Charlevoix – 770 m (Charlevoix).
Enjoy a thrilling experience at the Bromont ski centre with its record 111 runs, 99 of which are lit for night skiing
