A banner of quality that denotes the commitment to developing and showcasing regional and terroir products, certification from the Association de l’Agrotourisme et du Tourisme Gourmand du Québec (AATGQ) is granted to accommodation establishments, restaurants and vendors of local products, as well as to farmers, local producers/processors and artisans.

Local products are showcased in many ways, including but not limited to menus composed predominantly of local, regional and Québec-produced foods, indications of product origins and staff training (sales/service personnel, group activity leaders).
