This national park, spread over 8.14 km2 (3.14 sq. mi.) of greenery in the middle of the St. Lawrence River just a short distance from the heart of Montréal, boasts green spaces, channels teeming with life and waterside trails for campers, hikers, cyclists and canoeists looking for a breath of fresh air and an escape from noisy city life. Learn about the incredible animal and plant life on these five islands through the many educational activities offered. Observe the park’s more than 200 species of land and aquatic birds.
